Session two

Since there was a difference set of students, I started with the same thing i did in session one. Through chats i gave tips on how to give your brain the attention it needs and shared 7 professional lifestyle hacks. Next i molded the session towards my aspects which were self- confidence, acceptances and change. In order to accomplish these aspects I setup 2 activities.

First, the flaw activity. In this students were given a piece of paper and had to write what flaws they had within them and think must be changed. and those flaws that affect our brain.

Flaws: a mark, blemish, or other imperfection.

Example: insecurity, Anger, over possessive, etc.

After they wrote they had to share it and find a friend who like them regardless of their flaws and will help them overcome it.

After that i told them the importance of friendship and if they love you, you should do something for them. Such as stop doing what they doesn't like.

Now, by this activity people/their friends got to know what they think about themselves and buy the next activity they will know what others think about them.

The Post it activity: in the first round you stick a note on your back and everyone writes what they don't like about you, anonymously. Then in the second round you put up another post it note and others write what they love about you. This helps you accept what others think about you and change for good if necessary.
