Session One

As all my activities are connected to one of the important aspects of mental healthy, the activities in this session are connected to being strong and self- motivation.

we started of with me taking about mental health. The importance, the stigma, the neurological conditions and different feelings. Next, I gave them a scenario and told them to do a role play which would help me understand on how much they understood and help them build confidence.

Scenario

A 13 year old comes from school dull and tired. directly, goes to the room and lays in bed. for the next couple of days does not talk to anyone or goes to play with friends something he/she loved doing.

Task: act out what have happened to the child and how will you as friends will help.

I made two groups for this and one of them had to act on that he/she was bullied and other had to act that her just wanted to study and become supper smart and was running madly behind her goal.

The second activity was the balloon activity it was about self- motivation. one had to write what are teased about or something that they hate and are tiered or listening. The balloons were already bowled so I but in a piece of paper that said "everything will be just fine,all the pieces of your heart will come together once you smile". which is motivating and help your recover from your bad memories.
